It will be a great honour to have Feridun Ugumu cook on the second night of the Umami Festival ’17. Mr. Ugumu, from the historical restaurant Hunkar in Nisantasi in Istanbul, will cook one of the two gastronomic dinners.
The traditional Eastern cuisine with the gastronomic Master. A creative chef Erhan Seker from the boutique guesthouse and organic restaurant “Zeytinbagi” located in Edremit (near Ayvalık) will cook together with Feridun Ugumu.
A combination of the top Greek spirits by Chios Distillery Stoupakis will complement the menu to offer a familiar, but at the same time, international dining experience with the roots in the Ottoman cuisine.
The Kazanisto ouzo of Chios and the rare varietal tsipouro Mavro Rodo will make the best combination with the menu of the 2 guest chefs.
